2009 lineup status
March 2nd, 2010: malos have still yet to begin. The cellar is quite cold at 9° C. I am hoping for a few more months before they start up. The MSD is pushing out a good amount of residual gas from primary. The press barrel of MSD clears up it’s reduction with air time. There are no plans to rack off from the lees at this time.

January 26th, 2010, the wines of 2009 have yet to begin malolactic fermentation.
There is still a good amount of residual gas in the barrels.
