Here we are in Burgundy, finally. Much of the names and voices I`ve heard over the last years have lead to meeting some amazing people in the Cote.  We have spent much of our time visiting domaines large and small to increase our contacts. The rest of our time has been invested in meeting courtiers speaking about vineyards and specific lots to source our grapes from. We planned on a certain amount of time staying in the area, but we have decided to stay an extra 10 days.

Olivier Leflaive, David Clark, Alex Gambal and a few others have given us endless answers to many of our questions. It is of great importance to note that even in a different country, there seems to be a strong relationship between people wanting to produce the best wine possible. I will be sure to check back in to update everyone. As for now I need to plan for a few more meetings with growers and courtiers.
